Architect
Central London
£45,000 to £55,000
A well-regarded London architecture and multidisciplinary consultancy is hiring an Architect for its Southbank studio. The projects are varied, the environment is design-led, and there’s a clear route to senior and associate level for the right person.
You will run your own projects across RIBA Stages 2 to 6, taking ownership of design and technical delivery on live schemes and contributing to larger multidisciplinary jobs alongside experienced Architects, Associates, and Directors.

The role: Architect
- Running your own projects at RIBA Stages 2 to 6, coordinating with clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Producing design and technical packages in Revit alongside the wider project team.
- Attending design team meetings and taking a leading voice in design and technical decisions.
- Supporting Associates and Directors on bids and larger multidisciplinary schemes.
- Mentoring Part 1 and Part 2 team members where relevant.

Experience needed for this Architect
- ARB registered / RIBA Chartered.
- Around two to five years post-qualification experience in UK practice.
- Confident in Revit and coordinated BIM workflows.
- Sector experience in one or more of residential, mixed-use, or education (all three ideal).
- Working knowledge of UK Building Regulations, planning, and technical delivery.
- Comfortable running client and design team meetings and taking a lead voice on live projects.
