Camden London | £45,000 – £52,000 + Benefits

We are working with a leading international architecture practice delivering complex projects across the UK and Europe within the data centre, life sciences, residential, and commercial sectors.
They are looking to appoint an Architect to join their London team. This role will focus on planning applications, feasibility studies, and early-stage project development. Sector experience is flexible—the priority is finding someone with strong UK planning knowledge and the ability to assess and develop sites through the planning process.

The Role
- Produce planning and feasibility studies for a range of projects
- Prepare planning applications and supporting information
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and local authorities
- Support project teams through the planning stages
- Assist and mentor junior team members
- Work closely with clients to develop project strategies
Requirements
- ARB Registered Architect
- Strong UK planning and feasibility experience is essential
- Revit experience preferred
- Good understanding of the UK planning system and planning policy
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
- Confident working with consultants and multidisciplinary teams

Salary & Benefits
- £45,000 – £52,000 depending on experience
- Hybrid working (1 day working from home per week)
