The Role
- Lead architectural projects through all RIBA work stages, from concept to completion
- Take responsibility for projects typically valued between GBP3m-GBP10m
- Coordinate multidisciplinary design teams, consultants, and key stakeholders
- Produce and oversee technical design information and construction documentation
- Attend client presentations, site inspections, and project coordination meetings
- Monitor programme, budget, and quality to ensure successful project delivery
- Support and mentor junior team members while contributing to the wider success of the practice

The Ideal Candidate
- ARB-registered Architect with several years post-Part 3 experience
- Proven ability to lead projects independently from feasibility through to completion
- Experience delivering projects within the education, healthcare, or industrial (manufacturing rather than logistics) sectors
- Demonstrable track record managing projects valued between GBP3m-GBP10m
- Excellent technical knowledge with a thorough understanding of UK Building Regulations
- Revit experience is desirable
- Strong communication, organizational, and client management skills
- Passionate about producing high-quality, technically robust architecture within a collaborative, design-led environment
