Role Overview
We are looking for a talented Architect who combines creative thinking with technical excellence. You'll play a key role in transforming design concepts into buildable solutions, managing your workload effectively while collaborating with colleagues, clients, and consultants to deliver exceptional projects.
We're seeking someone who is organized, adaptable, and passionate about creating high-quality architecture, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
Your Skills
Essential Skills
- Revit is essential and a high level of CAD skill
- Excellent knowledge of NBS Chorus specification systems
- Highly computer literate
- Skilled presenter both verbally and visually using software and hand drawing skills
- Working knowledge of UK Building Systems, Regulations, and construction types
- Working knowledge of town planning procedures
Desirable Skills
- Experience in the Life Science sector is desirable for this role.
- Experience of working across various sectors is advantageous.

- RIBA, ARB or equivalent registered Architect with experience of working within the UK Building Regulations
- Experienced project runner
- Experience of working directly with the client, contractor, and design team
