ARB-Registered Architect – Healthcare Projects

Location: Kent
Positions: 2 x Architects
Salary: TBC

The Role

Our Client is looking to appoint 2 recently qualified, ARB-registered Architects to join our growing team, working across a range of healthcare-focused projects.

This is an excellent opportunity for ambitious Architects looking to develop their careers within a fast-paced construction and project delivery environment. The successful candidates will have strong design and technical capabilities, healthcare project experience and the confidence to take ownership of projects and work independently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and contribute to the design and delivery of healthcare projects from concept through to completion.
  • Develop high-quality architectural designs in line with client requirements and project specifications.
  • Produce detailed drawings, specifications and technical information.
  • Create and manage Revit models and architectural documentation.
  • Coordinate designs with consultants, contractors and other project stakeholders.
  • Attend project meetings, design reviews and site visits.
  • Liaise with clients and project teams to understand and deliver project requirements.
  • Ensure designs comply with relevant building regulations, standards and healthcare requirements.
  • Assist with project planning, programming and coordination.
  • Review and resolve technical and design issues throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Work independently while also contributing effectively within a wider project team.
  • Maintain high standards of design quality and attention to detail.
  • Support the successful delivery and handover of projects.

About You

The ideal candidates will be:

  • Recently qualified and ARB-registered Architects.
  • Experienced in healthcare projects, ideally including healthcare fit-outs, refurbishments or new-build environments.
  • Highly proficient in Revit.
  • Proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator.
  • Confident leading projects and managing your own workload.
  • Comfortable working independently and taking responsibility for project deliverables.
  • Strong technically, with good knowledge of construction detailing and documentation.
  • A confident communicator with the ability to liaise with clients, contractors and consultants.
  • Organised, proactive and able to work to deadlines.
  • Passionate about delivering high-quality architectural solutions.
