Architect – ArchiCAD | Residential, Regeneration & Masterplanning

Location: Central London

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

My client is a design-led architecture and urban design practice with a strong focus on creating sustainable, people-centred places. Their work spans residential, masterplanning, retrofit and regeneration projects, delivering thoughtful, high-quality schemes that positively impact communities and the built environment.

They are now looking to appoint a talented Architect with strong project running and delivery experience to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership of projects and working collaboratively through all stages of the design and delivery process.

The Role

You will be responsible for leading projects from design development through to completion, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and ensuring successful project delivery. Working predominantly on residential-led schemes, including housing, masterplans, retrofit and regeneration projects, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality architecture that responds to both client aspirations and the wider community.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
