Autonomous Manufacturing Delivery Lead
The role of Autonomous Manufacturing Delivery Lead involves driving a Cognite-based digital transformation program for a Life Sciences client.
Key Responsibilities
Program Leadership
- Own the end-to-end delivery of the Cognite program, managing governance, roadmap execution, and cross-functional teams (architects, data engineers, SMEs).
Manufacturing Transformation
- Implement Cognite Data Fusion (CDF) to enable use cases such as predictive maintenance, digital twins, asset performance management, and batch manufacturing analytics, ensuring compliance with GMP regulations.

Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the primary interface for client leadership across manufacturing, quality, IT/OT, and supply chain functions.
Platform Delivery
- Oversee the deployment and integration of Cognite Data Fusion with existing systems (MES, SCADA, ERP, Historian) and drive data governance.
Value Realization
- Define KPIs to measure improvements in areas like OEE, yield, energy efficiency, and asset reliability to build business cases for future operations.
Requirements
Experience
- 10+ years in manufacturing transformation/digital operations, specifically within Life Sciences/Pharma/Biotech, with deep knowledge of GMP environments.

Expertise
- Experience leading large-scale (£5M+) digital transformation programs, with technical proficiency in Cognite Data Fusion (preferred), Industrial Data Platforms, MES, and Cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
Skills
- Strong program management, executive communication, and change management capabilities.
Success Measures
- Successful deployment of Cognite capabilities and adoption of autonomous use cases.
- Measurable ROI and improvements in manufacturing productivity, OEE, and reliability.
- High customer satisfaction and stakeholder feedback.
