Role Overview
Are you an ARB-registered Architect with strong technical delivery skills and a particular interest in developing projects through the detailed design stages? This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working on complex commercial schemes, has excellent Revit capability, and is confident taking ownership of Stage 3 and 4 packages.

The Role
You will play a key role in the development and coordination of commercial projects through RIBA Stages 3 and 4, helping translate design intent into robust technical solutions. The position sits within an experienced project team and offers the opportunity to contribute to significant UK developments from technical design through to construction information.
Responsibilities
- Develop and coordinate project information through RIBA Stages 3 and 4
- Produce detailed technical drawing packages using Revit
- Coordinate with consultants to resolve design and technical challenges
- Contribute to project delivery, ensuring documentation is accurate and well organised
- Support design teams in maintaining quality, consistency and technical excellence
Requirements
- You are ARB-registered and hold the qualifications required to practice as an Architect in the UK
- You have demonstrated commercial sector project experience
- You are highly proficient in Revit and use it confidently as your primary design and documentation tool
- You have strong experience delivering projects through RIBA Stages 3 and 4
- You have the unrestricted right to work in the UK, as sponsorship is not available for this position
