About the Studio
We are representing an award-winning interior design practice specialising in immersive, high-quality spaces across the hotel, hospitality and commercial sectors. The studio takes a holistic approach to design, creating sensory-rich environments that enhance how people experience and interact with a space.
Role Overview
We are seeking a talented and experienced Part 3 Architect to join the studio and contribute to the delivery of ambitious, design-led projects from concept through to completion. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in London, with flexibility to work from home two days per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop design proposals and translate creative concepts into well-resolved, technically robust and buildable solutions.
- Work closely with interior designers, architects, consultants, contractors and clients.
- Coordinate architectural information across all project stages.
- Produce and review technical and construction drawings.
- Coordinate consultant information.
- Support the delivery of projects on site.
- Take ownership of architectural packages.
- Contribute to design development and technical reviews.
- Identify and resolve design and construction issues.
- Maintain a high level of quality throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Requirements
- Fully qualified Part 3 Architect with strong post-qualification experience.
- Strong understanding of architectural design, construction, detailing and project delivery.
- Excellent knowledge of UK Building Regulations, planning, construction methods, materials and architectural detailing.
- Strong proficiency in Revit, with experience working within BIM environments.
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and consultant information.
- Experience working with contractors and interpreting information on site.
- Confident communicator with excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable taking responsibility for your work while collaborating effectively within a creative and multidisciplinary team.
- Keen eye for detail, strong design sensibility and the ability to balance design ambition with technical and commercial considerations.
