Architect / Experienced Part 2 – High-End Residential
Location: North London
Salary: £33,000–£50,000
About the Company
An established architecture and design practice specialising in high-end residential projects, with a strong focus on crafted design, quality and attention to detail. The studio works collaboratively to deliver considered architectural and interior solutions across prestigious residential developments.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a newly qualified Architect or very experienced Part 2 to join a growing project team working on a significant high-end residential scheme.
The successful candidate will have a genuine passion for technical detailing and crafted design solutions, taking ownership of important project packages and supporting the coordination and delivery of the interior architecture.
Experience within high-end residential is essential, while experience working on projects of a particular scale is less important than having strong technical ability, attention to detail and a passion for quality design.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
