ARCHITECT
POSITION: Architect
LOCATION: Commutable from Hull, Beverley, Grimsby, Lincoln, Doncaster, Selby, York, Leeds
Hybrid role - Generally in the office 2/3 days per week
HOURLY RATE: Contract rate available on a PAYE or Ltd Co basis (outside IR35) - £27PH - £35PH.
THE ROLE:
This is a contract position for 3-6 months for an experienced Architect to join this multi-disciplinary practice.
- Working across all RIBA stages
- Developing architectural solutions from concept to technical design and construction stages
- Attend site meetings
- Liaise with stakeholders
- Coordinate consultants
- Feasibility work

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
- Previous experience working as an Architect ideally with experience in housing, but all sectors of work considered
- Be proficient with AutoCAD, Revit and 3D presentational software
- Candidates must be a qualified Architect (ARB)
- Direct working knowledge of UK planning and building regulations
- The ability to run projects from inception to completion
- Full driving licence
