Hays are delighted to be assisting a successful Ayrshire-based architectural practice as they look to grow their team following several recent project wins. The practice works across a broad range of sectors, including distilleries, heritage and visitor centres, commercial offices, social housing, and sport & leisure developments throughout Scotland. As a result, the role offers the opportunity to gain exposure to a diverse mix of project types and stages.
Whether you're an experienced Part II, a recently qualified Architect, or an Architectural Technologist, you will have the opportunity to get more hands-on design experience, as well as contributing to the delivery of projects spanning multiple sectors in some scenic locations throughout Scotland.

What you'll need to succeed
- Degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years' working for a UK-based architectural practice
- Experience working across multiple RIBA stages
- Proficiency in Revit or ArchiCAD
- Strong design skills, with the ability to develop concepts into technical solutions
- A sound understanding of Scottish planning & building regulations
- A proactive and collaborative approach
