Salary: GBP38,480.00 DOE

The Role
- Lead the delivery of projects through all RIBA work stages
- Manage projects typically valued between GBP3m-GBP10m (Architect) or GBP10m+ (Senior Architect)
- Coordinate design teams, consultants, and client stakeholders
- Prepare and review technical design packages and construction information
- Attend client meetings, site visits and design team meetings
- Ensure projects are delivered on programme, within budget and to a high technical standard
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to the continued success of the studio

The Ideal Candidate
- Qualified Architect with several years post-Part 3 experience
- Demonstrable experience running projects independently from inception through to completion
- Proven experience delivering projects within the education, healthcare or industrial (manufacturing rather than logistics) sectors
- Experience managing projects valued at GBP3m-GBP10m, or GBP10m+ for Senior Architect applicants
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of UK Building Regulations
- Proficiency in Revit would be advantageous
- Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills
- Passionate about delivering thoughtful, high-quality architecture within a collaborative team environment
