A large, multi-disciplinary, award-winning, architectural practice that has built an outstanding reputation for delivering innovative, sustainable buildings across the education, healthcare, workplace, commercial, hospitality, retail and residential sectors. Due to continued growth, they're looking to appoint an Architect or Senior Architect to join their commercial & workplace team in London.
This is an opportunity to work on high-profile and complex workplace projects from concept through to delivery, alongside some of the industry's most respected architects and technical specialists.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading the day-to-day management and coordination of commercial & workplace projects.
- Driving projects forward from initial concept through to technical delivery.
- Working closely with Project Directors and Associates to ensure design excellence.
- Providing guidance, mentorship, and support to junior colleagues.
- Liaising with the clients and local councils, navigating sector-specific requirements.

Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in the commercial & workplace sector is essential.
- Strong Revit proficiency is a must, with the ability to lead on technical delivery.
- A natural team player with a collaborative approach to design and problem-solving.
- Confident in client-facing environments and skilled in stakeholder engagement.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid UK-based experience with a strong grasp of design and technical standards.
- A keen interest in sustainability and emerging trends in workplace design.
