Architect
A Glasgow-based architectural practice with a strong reputation for thoughtful, people-centred design is looking to appoint a design-focused Architect to join its growing team. With a pipeline dominated by social, affordable and mid-market housing, this is an opportunity to shape communities through high-quality, context-driven residential architecture.

What you’ll be doing
- Leading and contributing to design development across RIBA Stages 2–4
- Producing concept, planning and technical information for housing projects
- Working closely with local authorities, housing associations and community stakeholders
- Ensuring design quality is maintained through delivery
- Supporting junior team members and contributing to studio culture
What we’re looking for
- Qualified Architect with strong design sensibility
- Experience in housing, ideally social or affordable residential would help but is not essential.
- Confident working through early design stages and presenting ideas clearly
- Proficiency in Autocad and Revit (or willingness to upskill quickly)
- Someone collaborative, thoughtful and passionate about creating better places
