Our client is an AJ100, award-winning, employee-owned studio known for high-quality commercial, residential, and hospitality work across the UK and internationally.
The Role
Our client is looking for an experienced Architect, Technologist, or Technician to join their Residential team, taking projects from Stage 4 onwards into technical delivery. Ideally, you'll bring strong interior detailing experience, developing detailed design work on high-end high-rise residential schemes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical delivery on residential projects from Stage 4 onwards
- Develop detailed design, particularly around interiors
- Ensure designs meet current standards and regulations, including Higher Risk Building requirements
- Present confidently to clients and project teams
- Work collaboratively within a wider project team

Key Requirements
- 6+ years' experience as an Architect, Technologist, or Technician
- Proven residential experience, ideally high-end residential, from Stage 4 onwards
- Experience developing detailed design for interiors preferred
- Higher Risk Building design experience preferred
- Strong presenter, good communicator, and team player
- Sound understanding of current design standards and regulations
- Proficient in Revit, rendering, and presentation software
