Our client is an employee-owned architectural practice and certified B Corp®. Since 1953, they’ve been clear that great design requires a human approach, deep local knowledge, and specialist expertise, all backed by verified results. They’re now one of the UK’s largest architectural practices with 300+ specialists in Architecture, Interior Design, Landscape Architecture, Master-planning, Town Planning, and Graphic Design.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and deliver great buildings and places for people to inhabit.
- Minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience, working in a high-quality design and delivery focused practice.
- Lead projects from concept to delivery.
- Collaborate in a multi-disciplinary environment – building rapport and creating positive relationships.
- Excellent drawing and presentation skills and the ability to explain a design idea and the evolution of a concept.
- Ability to provide professional guidance to design and construction teams.

Requirements
- ARB Registered with 2 years post-graduate experience in a UK practice.
- Experience in design and delivery of live projects.
- Good interpersonal skills to include an understanding of the sensitivities required when communicating with and presenting to clients.
- Ability to balance workload as the role may require you to focus on more than one project at a time.
- Strong Revit skills would be an advantage.
- Knowledge of Photoshop and InDesign.
- Demonstrable experience of collating and organizing design submissions, technical information, preparing drawings, plans, and documents and report/spec writing.
