An award-winning AJ100 practice is seeking a talented Architect with strong delivery experience to join its London team. Working across high-profile commercial (offices) and hospitality projects, you will play a key role in developing and coordinating detailed technical information from design development through to construction.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative, design-led practice where technical excellence, teamwork, and attention to detail are highly valued.
Responsibilities:
- Produce and coordinate detailed architectural drawing packages across RIBA Stages 3 and 4
- Develop comprehensive construction information, tender documentation, and specifications
- Create and manage complex BIM models and project information using Revit
- Coordinate architectural information with structural and MEP consultants to ensure seamless project integration
- Resolve technical design challenges and contribute to efficient project delivery.
- Support project teams throughout the construction phase, including responding to site queries where required
- Ensure designs comply with current building regulations, technical standards, and best practice.

Requirements:
- ARB registered Architect with a minimum of 3 years' post-qualification experience
- Strong project delivery experience within commercial and/or hospitality sectors
- Demonstrable experience producing technical packages from developed design through to construction
- Advanced proficiency in Revit and BIM workflows, including model management and coordination
- Excellent understanding of building regulations, construction technology, material performance, and technical detailing
- Proven ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams
- Experience across RIBA Stages 3 and 4 is essential
- Previous site or construction-stage experience would be advantageous
- Strong knowledge of UK construction practices and experience delivering projects in London is essential
- The right to live and work in the UK - sponsorship is not possible
