The practice works as architects and lead designers on both new build and refurbishment projects for a diverse range of private and public sector clients across the UK and Ireland. As an Investors in People organization and a Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) Chartered Practice, the firm is committed to professional excellence and staff development. The team currently includes four Partners and three Associates, with over 20 Chartered Architects, offering a collaborative environment for design professionals. Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Belfast for Architects and Technologists. The role involves contributing to the design, development, and delivery of architectural projects, including concept design, detailed design, technical documentation, and coordination with project teams. Day-to-day tasks include preparing drawings and specifications, supporting design reviews, collaborating with engineers and consultants, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations. The position also includes assisting with project planning, integration of design and technology solutions, and supporting site inspections and client meetings as required. Team members are expected to work closely with colleagues to maintain design quality, meet project deadlines, and uphold the practice’s professional standards.

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, including concept development, space planning, and technical detailing.
- Candidates should possess skills in Software Development and Integration as they relate to architectural technology, such as using BIM tools and coordinating digital workflows.
- Candidates should possess Project Management skills, including planning, coordination of design teams, and managing timelines and deliverables.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in relevant design and documentation software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, BIM platforms), and be comfortable working with digital collaboration tools.
- Candidates should possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams and engage with clients and stakeholders.
- Relevant professional qualifications, such as a degree in Architecture or Architectural Technology, and progress toward or completion of professional accreditation (e.g., RIBA or equivalent), are highly desirable.
- Experience in UK or Irish construction, planning, and regulatory frameworks, and familiarity with sustainable design principles, will be beneficial.
