Part 2 Architectural Assistant
Searching for London-based Part 2 Architectural Assistants — we’re currently working with CAD and BIM Bureau looking for Revit proficient Part 2s.
- Hourly rates Outside IR35 (variation depending on experience).
- Hybrid working arrangements – into Central London
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree, or higher, in Architecture, with a qualification in RIBA Part 2.
- Experience as a Part 2 Architectural Assistant or a similar position.
- Strong proficiency in the use of relevant software design tools, such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Lumion.
- Effective communication skills, with an ability to work both independently and collaboratively with team members and take guidance from senior colleagues.
- Excellent organisational skills, with a strong proactive, problem-solving mindset and a profound attention to detail.

- Assemble preparation and research drawings and models, allowing for design concepts and intent to be shared and discussed effectively.
- Work collaboratively with consultants, contractors, and clients, ensuring transparency across project plans, allowing for smooth project execution.
- Maintain knowledge of up-to-date UK industry trends and advancements, relevant regulations, and industry best practices.
- Design and develop in-depth concepts with the support of senior members of the team.
