Part 2 Architectural Assistant
Konker is recruiting for a Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join an established architectural practice based in Warrington.
With around 25 years of experience and a team of approximately 15, the practice has built strong, long-standing relationships with a range of clients.
Their work is predominantly retail-focused, alongside a growing portfolio of leisure projects, particularly gyms.
Projects range from smaller schemes through to major developments, with values ranging from around £100k to several million pounds.
You’ll join a friendly and established team, working across a varied range of projects and gaining valuable experience within a practice that has recently become an RIBA Chartered Practice.

Revit experience is the key requirement for this position. This can have been gained either through university or within practice, and your portfolio will be reviewed based on your level of Revit knowledge and experience. Experience with AutoCAD would also be beneficial.
The practice can also support your progression towards Part 3, with registered architects within the office able to provide the necessary support and experience.
