Architectural Assistant Part 2 / Architectural Technician / Part 3 Junior Architect
Our client is a multi-disciplinary practice based in Reigate, Surrey and they are looking to expand their team. They are seeking a talented and enthusiastic either:
- Architectural Assistant Part 2
- Recently qualified Part 3 Architect
- Architectural Technician
Their architectural, planning, and heritage consultant teams work collaboratively to deliver a complete in-house solution. From home extensions to major developments, and from Green Belt to Grey Belt, their projects meet a wide range of challenges to deliver their clients’ ambitions.

This is a full-time role involving the preparation of feasibilities, planning proposals, Building Control applications, urban design advice, masterplanning, working drawings, and contract administration.

The successful candidate will have professional experience in the UK, with a strong knowledge of UK Planning and Building Regulations. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is essential.
Strong analytical, communication, and report-writing skills are essential, along with a proactive and collaborative approach.
