Job Title: PART 2 ARCHITECTURAL ASSISTANT

Location: London
Salary: £35K–£45K DOE
Sector: Commercial Architecture

The Opportunity

A leading London-based design studio is looking to appoint a talented Part 2 Architectural Assistant with previous commercial experience to join their growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Part 2 to become part of an established and highly regarded studio, working across a range of exciting commercial projects and developing their experience within a collaborative and design-focused environment.

The Role

You will work closely with senior architects and the wider design team, contributing throughout the design process from early concept and planning through to detailed design and technical delivery.

The role will include:

  • Developing architectural concepts and design proposals
  • Producing high-quality drawings and presentations
  • Supporting planning and developed design stages
  • Assisting with technical packages and construction information
  • Working closely with consultants and project teams
  • Contributing to client presentations and design meetings
  • Developing 3D models, visuals, and presentation material
  • Working across a variety of commercial projects

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who is:

  • RIBA Part 2 qualified
  • Experienced within a commercial architectural environment
  • Design-focused with strong attention to detail
  • Confident producing architectural drawings and presentations
  • Comfortable working as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Proficient in Revit and/or AutoCAD
  • Able to demonstrate strong relevant projects through their portfolio
  • Ambitious and keen to progress their architectural career
