JOB SUMMARY

As Architectural Building Field Engineer you will provide field architectural engineering support for building modules on a Decommissioning, Carbon Capture & Storage project. This will include reviewing technical documentation and designs, coordinating architectural subcontractors and vendors, developing building layouts and material specifications, and ensuring architectural and structural integrity throughout the project execution.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Review Client's technical documentation and requirements and maintain project technical files
  • Coordinate external architectural engineering subcontractor activities and check the designs of subcontracted architectural engineering
  • Review design specifications and coordinate the architectural and structural design of building modules onsite
  • Support the main structural aspects and definition of materials, with due consideration to the structural integrity of the module/building
  • Prepare design specifications for architectural works for buildings and cooperates in preparing design specification for civil works relevant to buildings
  • Develop functional architectural layout of buildings based on multi-disciplinary input
  • Prepare material spec.'s and architectural basis of design for buildings onsite
  • Support Procurement in technical interface with Architectural vendors

  • 5 years in Architectural Building activities within a construction site project environment for the Oil&Gas, Industrial or Commercial industry.
  • Experience in material management
