Job Title: Architectural Designer

Location: Newcastle

Salary: GBP32,000 - GBP40,000

  • Help deliver on a range of residential and urban design projects
  • Prepare and develop planning scheme to detailed construction drawings
  • Produce technical specifications, tender, and working drawing packages
  • Ensure high quality delivery of producing drawings

Requirements For The Architectural Designer Role Includes

  • Relevant degree within Architecture or Architectural technology
  • Relevant post qualification experience in a relevant role within a UK practice
  • Proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD
  • Experience working on residential and commercial projects across all RIBA work stages
  • Excellent technical and design skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work well independently and within a team
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Live within a commutable distance to the Newcastle area
