Prestigious Workplace Interiors | London

We're partnering with a highly regarded, multidisciplinary architecture and design practice in the search for an experienced Interior Architect / Technical Designer to join its established Interiors team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a technically capable designer with a background in high-quality workplace interiors to become involved in a strong pipeline of international projects, working across the critical developed and technical design stages.

The Opportunity

Working as part of a collaborative Interiors team, you'll play an active role in projects through stages 3 and 4 onwards, helping translate design concepts into well-resolved, coordinated and deliverable interiors.

You'll work closely with the wider project team, contributing to technical development, drawing production and coordination while maintaining the quality and integrity of the design throughout the process.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
