An excellent opportunity has become available for an experienced Healthcare Lead to join a respected, multidisciplinary consultancy with a strong reputation for delivering innovative design solutions. This senior position is ideal for a healthcare specialist looking to take ownership of a growing portfolio across primary, secondary and acute care environments, while playing a pivotal role in shaping the future direction of the healthcare team.
Working closely with clients, consultants and internal disciplines, you will lead the successful delivery of complex healthcare schemes, champion design excellence and help identify new business opportunities. For candidates based in Bath, Nottingham or Leeds, this role also offers the chance to strengthen and expand the consultancy's healthcare architecture offering within these regional offices.

Daily Duties
- Lead the planning, design and delivery of healthcare projects throughout all RIBA work stages
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and key project stakeholders
- Manage multidisciplinary project teams to deliver schemes on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards
- Support business development initiatives, helping to secure new healthcare projects and strengthen existing client relationships
- Oversee BIM and Revit workflows, ensuring coordinated and accurate project information
- Provide mentoring, leadership and technical support to junior colleagues
- Ensure all projects comply with relevant healthcare guidance, regulations and industry best practice

Ideal Candidate Profile
- Qualified Architect, Architectural Technologist or Architectural Technician (ARB or CIAT)
- Experience delivering healthcare projects within the UK
- Strong knowledge of primary, secondary and acute healthcare environments
- Demonstrable experience leading projects and managing client relationships
- Proficient in Revit and BIM methodologies
- Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Commercially aware, with experience or enthusiasm for business development
- Flexible approach to travel and a willingness to support the growth of regional healthcare teams
