A well-established, highly respected multidisciplinary consultancy is seeking a Project Coordinator to join its thriving Architecture team in London. Working from a modern, collaborative office, this is a new role that will play a key part in supporting the delivery of major projects alongside architects, consultants, and project leads.

Your new role

You'll help keep projects running smoothly by coordinating programmes, meetings, documentation, and stakeholder communications across multiple live projects. Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating project programmes, milestones, and action trackers
  • Arranging meetings, workshops, and design reviews
  • Preparing agendas, minutes, and following up on actions
  • Managing project documentation within Common Data Environments (CDEs)
  • Maintaining revision registers, issue logs, and QA processes
  • Supporting client reporting and project administration
  • Assisting with invoicing, financial tracking, and project mobilisation
  • Supporting bids, fee proposals, and business development activity

What you'll need to succeed

We're looking for a proactive and highly organised individual who can manage multiple priorities and communicate confidently with a range of stakeholders.

You'll ideally have:

  • Previous experience in project coordination, project administration, or a similar role
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Experience managing project documentation and records
  • The ability to work effectively across multiple teams

Desirable:

  • Experience with SharePoint, Atvero, CMAP, or construction-related CDE platforms
  • Exposure to the architecture, construction, engineering, or consultancy sectors
