Our client, a leading consultancy in sustainable development, is seeking an experienced Architectural Project Manager for a fully remote position. This critical role involves overseeing the full lifecycle of diverse architectural projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will manage project teams, coordinate with stakeholders, and implement effective project management methodologies. Key Responsibilities
- Manage architectural projects from inception through to completion, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and schedule.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee procurement, contract administration, and risk management processes.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and quality standards.
Requirements
- Qualified Architect or hold a relevant project management certification (e.g., PMP, Prince2).
- Proven experience in managing complex architectural or construction projects from start to finish.
- Strong understanding of architectural design, construction processes, and contract law.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools for remote team coordination.
