Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Architectural Technician based in Llanelli. The Architectural Technician will be responsible for:

- Creating detailed technical drawings
- Collaborating with architects and engineers
- Assisting in project planning
- Ensuring compliance with local building regulations
- Conducting site inspections
The role also includes:
- Preparing and modifying architectural documents
- Advising on materials and construction techniques
- Overseeing project progress
Qualifications
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural software
- Experience in preparing detailed technical drawings and construction documents
- Knowledge of local building regulations and standards
- Ability to collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Minimum of a diploma or degree in Architectural Technology or a related field
- Experience in residential and commercial projects is a plus
