Duties For The Role Of Architectural Technician Include
- Prepare and submit planning applications, drawings, and associated documentation
- Develop initial planning proposals through to detailed construction drawings
- Attend site visits and ensure projects meet the required technical standards
- Prepare technical specifications, tender packages, and detailed working drawing packages
Skills And Experience For The Role Of Architectural Technician
- Relevant qualification or degree in Architectural Technology
- Previous post-qualification experience working as an Architectural Technician within a UK practice
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD
- Experience working on residential projects and managing projects through the various stages
- Strong technical knowledge and excellent presentation skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication and organisational abilities
- Based within a commutable distance of Flintshire
