Location: Flintshire

I'm working with an established multidisciplinary practice to recruit an Architectural Technician to join their team in Flintshire. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit planning applications, drawings and supporting documentation
- Develop projects from initial planning proposals through to detailed construction information
- Attend site visits and ensure projects comply with relevant technical requirements and standards
- Produce technical specifications, tender documentation and detailed working drawing packages
Skills And Experience
- Relevant qualification or degree in Architectural Technology
- Previous post-qualification experience as an Architectural Technician within a UK-based practice
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD
- Experience working on residential projects and taking schemes through various project stages
- Strong technical knowledge combined with excellent presentation skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Excellent communication, organizational and time-management skills
- Based within a commutable distance of Flintshire
