Job Title: Architectural Technician

Location: Bolton
Salary: GBP32,000 - GBP40,000
This is an excellent opportunity to join an established multidisciplined practice who offer a wide range of expertise to the commercial and education sectors. They are on the lookout for an experienced and confident Architectural Technician to join their Bolton studio.

- Work alongside a multidisciplined design team and provide technical design solutions to the project
- Produce technical packages from conception through to completion
- Submit planning and building regulation applications
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality and compliance is met
- Provide architectural design services and project management to commercial projects
Requirements For The Role Of Architectural Technician
- Relevant degree within architecture or architectural technology
- Strong post qualification experience as a Technician within a UK practice
- Proficiency with Revit
- Experience working on projects within the commercial sector
- Strong knowledge of UK building regulations
- Strong technical and design skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Live within a commutable distance to the Bolton area
