Blueprint Recruitment have an exciting new opportunity for a Architectural Technologist to join a multi-disciplinary Architectural and BIM consultancy. Suitable applications must be Revit proficient. You will have the opportunity to work across various Commercial and Residential projects.
- Competitive rates outside IR35 (vary depending on experience)
- 1 day per week in London office
Responsibilities:
- Create concise architectural drawings at stage 5, construction documentation and reports, and specifications, ensuring buildability, efficiency, and full compliance with regulations.
- Work alongside multidisciplinary professionals to find solutions for design concerns and challenges and ensuring project quality.
- Aid design development processes, from start to finish, adapting design specifications into buildable detail, whilst maintaining accuracy throughout.
- Provide sustainable design procedures, focusing on energy performance, cost, environmental impacts, and constructability.

Requirements:
- Proficiency in Revit working at RIBA stage 5
- Qualification in Architectural Technology, Building Technology, or a similar discipline.
- 5-10+ years of experience as an Architectural technician, or a related role, with knowledge of large-scale Commercial, Residential, and Data Centre projects.
- Solid understanding of software tools, such as Revit, with an ability to use relevant tools for detailing, modelling, and coordinating designs.
- Sound acknowledgment of current building regulations, health and safety policies, statutory requirements and standards.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, effective communication and collaboration skills.
