About the Role
Konker is recruiting for an Architectural Technician to join a well-established, multi-office architectural practice with a strong reputation in the residential sector.
The business works with major national housing developers and PLCs, delivering a wide range of projects across the UK.
Their work includes large-scale open-market housing, affordable housing and retirement living, giving you exposure to technically challenging projects from planning through to delivery.
Their London office is a growing team of around 10 people, working from a spacious office with capacity for around 20. This creates a great opportunity to join at an exciting stage of growth, working closely with experienced Architects and Technologists while having genuine room to progress as the London team expands.

The office is conveniently located close to the Waterloo line, with excellent transport links across London.
As an Architectural Technician, you’ll support the delivery of residential projects, producing detailed technical drawing packages and working alongside experienced colleagues throughout the design and construction process.
To Be Considered
- Experience working as an Architectural Technician within UK architectural practice.
- Strong technical and construction knowledge.
- Experience producing detailed working drawing packages.
- Good understanding of UK Building Regulations.
- Residential experience would be beneficial.
- Revit experience is desirable, although training and support can be provided.
