What Will Your Day Look Like?
You Will Be
- Producing working drawings for bespoke house types and/or adapting standard house type working drawing in accordance with agreed planning drawings.
- Liaising with the regional offices regarding any queries relating to the planning drawings and working drawing requests.
- Handling site queries when they arise.
- Liaising with structural engineers and other third-party consultants relating to working drawing matters

What You'll Need To Succeed:
- Previous experience in a Design and Technical Department in a residential background or new build house-builder.
- Minimum HNC in construction or related subject.
- Computer / IT literate with capability to use excel, Word and database packages.
- Ability to use AutoCAD.
- 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) grade 4 or above including maths and English.
