We're on the lookout for an Architectural Professional to join the team here at Swell!

Responsibilities
- Produce high-quality architectural drawings using software such as Vectorworks.
- Conduct accurate and detailed site surveys, including measuring existing conditions, documenting findings, and preparing existing drawings.
- Assist in the preparation of planning, construction documentation, and specifications.
- Conduct site visits to assess project progress and ensure compliance with design specifications.
- Able to produce construction drawings to a high/ detailed standard.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of building regulations and industry standards.
- Maintain a professional relationship with clients, consultants, and contractors, ensuring communication is clear and efficient throughout the project lifecycle.
- Strong understanding of CAD principles and construction processes.
- Excellent graphic design skills to produce visually appealing presentations of architectural concepts (2D) - With 3D knowledge or willingness to learn.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
