Company Description
Baltic Bespoke Group designs and builds high-quality, modular buildings that transform residential and commercial spaces - from luxury garden rooms, annexes, and extensions, to bespoke spaces for public, charity and private sector clients.
Role Description
Our Design team at Baltic Bespoke is looking for an experienced Architectural Technician to provide additional support over the next three months, designing garden rooms, garden annexes, modular extensions and other single-storey modular buildings.

- You'll take projects from concept through to construction-issue drawings for fabrication and installation.
- We’re open to either a short-term employed contract or freelance/contractor arrangement, depending on experience, availability and what works best for the right person.
Requirements
- Strong SketchUp and AutoCAD skills
- Experience running jobs from concept to construction issue
- Modular / single-storey building experience a plus

Job Details
- Based within easy travelling distance of our Liverpool 24 office
- 3 months, with potential for extension or further work
- Employment or freelance/contract arrangement considered
- Salary / contract rate dependent on experience and arrangement
