Location: Salisbury
Salary: GBP34,380
A well-established architectural practice is looking to recruit an Architectural Technician with experience to join its growing team near Salisbury. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a secure pipeline of projects for a major client, primarily within the residential sector, alongside community and commercial developments. You'll be involved in projects at RIBA Stage 4, taking them through to construction.
The Role
- Produce technical drawings and construction information using Revit.
- Support projects through technical design and delivery.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and the wider design team.
- Assist with planning and Building Regulations submissions.
- Prepare drawing packages, schedules, and specifications.
- Attend design, coordination, and site meetings as required.
- Help ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.

Requirements
- Sufficient experience in a similar role.
- Strong Revit skills are essential.
- Experience working on residential projects.
- Commercial or community sector experience is advantageous.
- Good knowledge of UK Building Regulations.
- HNC/HND or equivalent relevant experience.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- A collaborative approach with the ability to manage deadlines.
