Architectural Technician — Remote (Sri Lanka)
Location: Work from home, anywhere in Sri Lanka
Type: Full-time / Part-time
Clients: UK architectural firms
YoSha Design Ltd is a UK architecture, planning and construction consultancy. We are expanding our drafting and BIM support team and are looking for an Architectural Technician to work remotely from Sri Lanka on live UK projects.
The role
- Produce planning and building regulations drawing sets — plans, elevations, sections and construction details.
- Develop technical documentation alongside our UK architects and technologists.
- Set up and maintain Revit models, sheets and templates.
- Issue revisions in response to project requirements, consultant input and client comments.
- Work to UK drawing standards, layering conventions and project specifications.

What we're looking for
- Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology or Drafting.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit and/or SketchUp an advantage.
- Sound understanding of construction drawings and how buildings go together.
- Strong attention to detail and reliable under deadlines.
- Clear written and spoken English.
- Reliable internet and a workstation capable of running Revit.
- Desirable: exposure to UK Building Regulations (Parts B, K, M) and planning submission drawings. (Optional)

What we offer
- Fully remote, from anywhere in Sri Lanka.
- Full-time with [48] hours' daily overlap with UK working hours (8.30–17:30 UK).
- Salary: LKR [range] per month, based on experience.
