Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in Southampton for an Architectural Technician. The role involves:

The Architectural Technician will collaborate with the design and construction teams to ensure project requirements are met and deliverables are completed on schedule with a high level of accuracy and detail.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Architectural Technology and Architecture
- Experience in preparing Technical Drawings and Construction Drawings
- Skilled in using Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software
- Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy in design and documentation
- Good communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with building regulations and industry standards is a plus
- Relevant academic background or certification in architectural technology or a related field
