Salary: GBP30,400

I'm currently working with an established multidisciplinary practice to recruit an Architectural Technician to join their team in Lancashire. Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and coordinate planning applications, technical drawings, and associated documentation
  • Take projects from initial planning and design proposals through to detailed technical and construction stages
  • Carry out site visits and help ensure projects meet relevant building regulations, technical standards, and requirements
  • Produce technical specifications, tender packages, and comprehensive working drawing information
  • Work closely with colleagues, consultants, and other project stakeholders to deliver projects effectively

Skills And Experience

  • Relevant qualification or degree in Architectural Technology
  • Previous post-qualification experience working as an Architectural Technician within a UK architectural practice
  • Strong working knowledge and proficiency in AutoCAD
  • Previous experience within the residential sector, ideally taking projects through multiple stages of delivery
  • Good technical understanding with the ability to produce clear and accurate drawing packages
  • Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to work
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time-management abilities
  • Based within a commutable distance of Lancashire
