Role Description
The Architectural Technologist is a full-time, on-site role based in Belfast. This role involves preparing detailed technical, architectural, and construction drawings to support projects from concept through to delivery. The individual will translate design intent into accurate working drawings, coordinate with architects, consultants, and contractors, and ensure compliance with relevant building regulations and standards.

The role also includes participating in interdisciplinary collaboration, maintaining drawing quality and consistency, and helping manage technical aspects that reduce project risk.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Architectural Technology, with the ability to integrate design concepts into buildable technical solutions.
- Skills in Technical Drawing and Working Drawings, including the production of precise, coordinated documentation for construction.
- Skills in Architectural Drawings and Construction Drawings, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and compliance with relevant codes and standards.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Architectural Technology or a closely related discipline.
- Proficiency in industry-standard CAD/BIM software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or similar) and digital drawing tools.
- Understanding of UK building regulations, construction methods, and materials, with experience in the Irish/British context.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team.
- Effective communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines on active projects.
