About The Role

Based in Leicester, this full-time Architectural Technologist position sits within an established practice known for delivering high-quality schemes across the UK. Joining an experienced team, you'll work on a varied portfolio of large-scale residential, care and heritage projects, taking ownership of schemes from design through to completion. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading projects, working closely with clients and consultants, and delivering technically robust solutions.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage multiple projects through a range of RIBA stages
  • Produce and coordinate technical drawing packages using Revit
  • Liaise with clients, consultants and contractors throughout project delivery
  • Attend site visits, design team meetings and client meetings
  • Respond to technical and construction queries
  • Produce high-quality construction details and ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations
  • Work collaboratively within the wider residential team to deliver projects on programme

Requirements

  • Qualified Architect, Architectural Technologist or Architectural Technician
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience within a UK architectural practice
  • Strong residential experience, ideally with developer-led projects
  • Good technical knowledge and understanding of UK Building Regulations
  • Proficient in Revit with experience delivering live projects
  • Excellent communication and project-running skills
  • Full UK right to work
