Architectural Technologist
Cardiff - Full-time
A well-established architectural practice in Cardiff is seeking a technically strong Architect, Architectural Technologist, or Technician with proven project-running experience. This is an excellent opportunity to join an experienced team and take ownership of delivering projects across retail, industrial, commercial, and residential sectors.
The successful candidate will be confident coordinating design information, managing communication with clients and consultants, and overseeing day-to-day project delivery from early stages through to completion.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for running multiple projects, ensuring high-quality technical output and smooth coordination across all stakeholders.

- Leading technical delivery and project coordination
- Producing accurate Revit and AutoCAD technical drawings
- Managing communication with clients, consultants, and contractors
- Attending and contributing to design team meetings
- Monitoring project progress and identifying risks or changes
- Ensuring compliance with UK building regulations and technical standards
What We’re Looking For
- Architectural Technologist or Architectural Technician, or Architects with strong technical delivery
- Revit and AutoCAD proficiency is essential
- Demonstrable job-running experience
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of UK building regulations
- Confident communicator with solid coordination skills
- Based in Cardiff or South Wales due to immediate project requirements
