Job Title: Architectural Technologist
Ref: BM287
Location: Manchester
Salary: GBP35,000 - GBP42,000
This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic RIBA chartered practice who offer a wide range of expertise to the residential, commercial, mixed-use, leisure, and industrial sectors. They are on the lookout for a talented and proactive Architectural Technologist to join their growing team in their Manchester studio.

Duties For The Role Of Architectural Technologist Include
- Manage and deliver on residential projects from inception through to completion
- Prepare and submit building regulation and planning applications
- Carry out site visits to ensure technical compliance is achieved
- Prepare planning, technical, and construction drawings
Skills And Experience For The Role Of Architectural Technologist
- Degree within Architectural Technology
- Relevant post-qualification experience as an Architectural Technology
- Proficiency with Revit is essential
- Experience working on projects within the residential or commercial sector
- Strong working knowledge of UK building regulations
- Excellent technical detailing and presentation skills
- Ability to work well independently and within a team
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Live within a commutable distance to the Manchester area
