Architectural Technician/Technical Architect (Outside IR35) - Remote

An award-winning firm is looking for an Architectural Technologist to join them on an initial 6-month contract, this is to work fully remotely and is outside IR35.

The role would be working within stages 4-5 on a high rise residential block (cladding remediation elements) and a student accommodation development, both schemes in London.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency with Revit, able to produce strong packages at delivery stages.
  • Experience on high rise residential or student accommodation schemes.
  • Stages 4-5 expertise.
