A well-established and growing design studio in North Birmingham is looking for an experienced Architectural Technologist to join their close-knit team. If you’re technically strong and want to work on commercial, mixed-use, and high-end residential projects, this could be a great next step.
What you’ll be doing
- Producing detailed technical drawings and construction information
- Working closely with architects, engineers, and consultants
- Delivering technical packages for steel frame, RC, and traditional builds
- Leading on below-ground detailing, including basements
- Ensuring designs comply with UK Building Regulations
- Supporting projects through to site and build stage

What we’re looking for
- 5+ years’ experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Strong background in RC, steel frame, and basement construction
- Solid working knowledge of Building Regulations
- Confident using AutoCAD and/or Revit
- Organised, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple projects
