HMH Architects is looking for an Architectural Technologist / Architect to join our technical design team in Stockton-on-Tees.
As an RIBA Chartered Practice, we specialise in the technical design and delivery of social and affordable housing, alongside the refurbishment and conversion of existing buildings. We also undertake the roles of Building Regulations Principal Designer and CDM 2015 Principal Designer across our projects.
What We Offer

Architectural Technologist: £31,000 to £39,000

Architect: £36,000 to £46,000

Salary dependent on experience.

✅ Full-time or part-time opportunities considered

✅ Flexible and home working once established in the role. The first four months are primarily office-based to help you settle into the team and projects.

✅ Up to four additional days annual leave during our Christmas closure

✅ Funded CPD and paid RIBA or CIAT membership fees
About You
- Must be CIAT / ARB registered.
- Ideally, you'll have three or more years' experience, although we'll consider applicants with less experience where there is strong technical ability.
