Exciting opportunity to join a thriving Architecture Practice.
Since our launch in 2019 our business has grown exponentially and we are therefore looking to expand our workforce to keep up with the high demand. We serve clients across the whole of the UK with a variety of projects from our Manchester-based office. We are always thinking ‘outside of the box’ to offer our clients modern, forward-thinking and innovative solutions. As a part of the team, you will be instrumental in delivering quality, inspirational designs and drawings to our clients. Responsibilities include:
- Drawing existing & proposed architectural drawings
- Perform original design work according to a client brief
- Producing building regulation drawings
- Liaising with clients, planning officers and building control
- Coordinating consultants (planning consultants/structural engineers/party-wall etc)

Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of architectural design experience
- Competency in Revit
- Knowledge of planning policies and building regulations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly motivated individual with time management skills and ability to prioritise own workload
- Full clean UK Driving Licence with access to a car.
